Commissioners approved a procedural amendment to a MERS defined-benefit plan adoption agreement to clarify an "on-call" status after a recent MERS audit; the CFO said there were no benefit changes. The board also approved claims/payroll for the recent pay periods (checks/EFTs totaling $922,683.99 and payroll $922,809.53) with one abstention recorded for a payment to Elder Delta Electric where a commissioner had an affiliation.
