County Administrator LeBlanc told the board the county received a mailing from the Northland Reliability Project informing the county that Minnesota Power and Great River Energy are in the final design and survey phase for a roughly 180-mile, double-circuit 345 kV transmission-line project that will predominantly affect Morrison County’s eastern portion (District 4).
