Presenter: 41 of 76 ARPA subrecipient projects fully expended; 35 remain active
A county presenter told the Policy and Governance Committee that 58 of 76 subrecipient projects had received all funds and 41 projects were fully expended; 35 community projects remain active and most are over 50% drawn down.

During the ARPA briefing, the presenter summarized subrecipient performance: "Of that, 58 of them have 100% received all of their funding. So they have been fully liquidated. ... And then 41 of your 76 are a 100% completed projects." She said 35 community projects remained active, with 24 above the 50% expenditure threshold and 10 under 50%.
