Trustee Betty Ellsworth moved approval and Trustee Nala Chambers seconded; the minutes record the motion carried on a 5‑0 vote with Trustees Brad Yurcho, Betty Ellsworth, Penny Riordan, Nala Chambers and Scott Williams voting yes and Trustees Dee Ann Littlefield and Mark Klyn recorded as absent.
