The Carmel Valley Recreation and Park District board adopted two resolutions to implement the FY2026–27 benefit assessment after a public hearing at its July 8 meeting. With President Alex Gray absent, Vice President Mike Thatcher was elected Pro Tempore President for the hearing and presided over the agenda.
