Supervisor Jason Davidek moved to hire Owen Beachy, P.E., of Laurel Highlands Structural Consulting to assist Clinton Township with the deck replacement on Victory Bridge. Vice‑Chair William Duncan seconded the motion and the board voted unanimously to approve the engagement.
