The Council adopted multiple Civil Justice Committee recommendations, including Civil Jurisdiction and Local Administrative Judge recommendations, and accepted the amended Supreme Court of Texas Children's Commission Recommendations after removing recommendation number eight.

Justice Emily Miskel, Chair of the Civil Justice Committee, presented the committee's report and recommendations to the Council. She reported that the Children's Commission removed recommendation number eight from the Supreme Court of Texas Children's Commission Recommendations; the resolution was updated accordingly and the Council adopted the amended recommendation.
