The board approved a DEP planning module for a single-lot subdivision on Cherry Run Road for Sadik and Tiffany Bullaj; Secretary/Treasurer Megan Harris will submit the signed module to DEP.

The Codorus Township Board conditionally approved a subdivision allowing Sadik and Tiffany Bullaj to divide one lot off their Cherry Run Road farm for a house and approved the DEP Planning Module for submission. Supervisor Lamar Glatfelter moved to approve the DEP Planning Module, Supervisor Bob Gladfelter seconded, and the motion carried; the module was signed and will be submitted to DEP by Secretary/Treasurer Megan Harris.
