The Sodus Point Planning Board granted preliminary approval July 7 to Steve Hallagan’s plan to demolish a deteriorated house and construct a new 27-by-40-foot single-family structure at 8359 South Shore Road, including an 11-by-18-foot front entry and a 27-by-16-foot deck.
