Chris White told the committee he found several technical inconsistencies in the draft that should be resolved before final adoption. He noted sections that used different bacteriological units (micro-liters versus milliliters) and said the draft should be consistent. He also identified a conflict where one section specified drip lines at 7 inches below finished grade while another said 8 inches; White recommended an approved range such as 7–8 inches or consultation with TDEC to set a standard.
