The Newaygo TIFA board approved a five-year lease with Sandmold/Roberts Sinto for space in the Stream Building; the agreement increases rent with a three percent annual escalation, board members said the change is the primary difference from the current lease.

The TIFA board voted to approve a five-year lease with Sandmold/Roberts Sinto Corporation for space in the Stream Building after a motion by board member Ed Fedell and a second by Mark Brock. The motion carried unanimously among members present (AIF/MC).
