Council reviewed a proposed subdivision for Max Auto Real Estate to split Lot/Block No. 18-001-0222-001 into two lots. The Planning & Zoning Committee and the Beaver County Planning Commission had reviewed and approved the plan; Council voted unanimously to approve the subdivision at the Nov. 20 meeting.
