The Village of Nissequogue Planning Board voted unanimously on Feb. 9, 2026, to reopen the public record for LI SMART SOLUTIONS LLC’s application and extend the deadline for written submissions to February 27, 2026. The motion, "to reopen the record and extend the deadline to February 27, 2026, for written submissions only," was made by board member Jacqueline Rudman and seconded by Kaylee Engellenner.
