The Village of Nissequogue Architectural Review Board on Oct. 27 unanimously approved an application to replace the existing windows at 3 Martingale Gate with Anderson 400 windows with divided lites. Steven Scheibly, RA, appeared with Mr. and Mrs. Destefano; Garrett Bergen moved to approve the installation, Susan Faulhaber seconded, and the motion passed 3-0.
