Village Clerk-Treasurer Patricia Mulderig presented the Treasurer's Report, including cash balances, cash flow charts and monthly income/expense statements as of Dec. 16, 2025. The Board adopted the 2025/2026 Budget Reclassifications (Resolution #255-25) and authorized transfers: $3,793.00 from Knox/LI Smart Solutions T&A and $2,337.00 from Silver Oak Special Use Permit T&A (total $6,130.00) to the General Fund (Resolution #256-25), and transfer of $323.17 from the Pincus T&A Account to the General Fund upon replenishment (Resolution #257-25).
