The Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Nissequogue convened a public work session at 6:00 PM on June 29 at Village Hall to review variance requests related to a single appeal. The meeting minutes record that the chairman and two board members were present and that the board "discussed the variances being sought by the applicant Dr. David Pincus. The ZBA Board Members deliberated. A decision was not finalized at this Public work session."
