Board creates band stipend after executive session; tables Guardian Program addition
Following executive session on personnel and security, Muenster ISD’s board approved a new band stipend for 2025–26 and tabled adding an employee to the Guardian Program at its Aug. 13 meeting.

After meeting in executive session under Texas Government Code §§551.074 and 551.076, the board returned to open session and approved creation of a band stipend for the 2025–2026 school year; the motion was recorded as carried 7–0. The board also moved to table adding an employee to the Guardian Program; that motion to table carried 7–0.
