Deal seconded approval of Resolution #25-258, which authorizes the release of a 13.35-acre tract at 14715 Eilers Rd from the city's extraterritorial jurisdiction (ETJ) on the basis of a petition filed by Keepers Land Planning. The motion passed by a 5-0 vote.
