On April 3 the Village of Pecatonica Board approved Ordinance 2025-03, an amendment to Chapter 153 governing special use permits. Trustee Bill Determan moved to adopt the ordinance on second reading; Trustee Kim Gipe seconded the motion and the board voted 4-0-2 to approve.
