Board member Mindy Winslow moved and Rev. James Ervin seconded a motion to approve the consent agenda excluding item 7.C.1 (IXL Learning). The motion passed with six yea votes and one absence (James Montoya). Voting details recorded: Leabeth Abt, Cheryl Brady, Rev. James Ervin, T.C. Grohman, Farshid Niroumand and Mindy Winslow voted yea; Montoya was absent.
