Commissioners approve $35,775 culvert purchase for Road 29 and K
Rawlins County authorized the purchase of a 7-foot culvert from ACE/Eaton Metals for $35,775 to replace a bridge at Road 29 and Road K, to be paid from the Special Bridge Fund; a detour will be used during work and USDA assistance is being sought to clear creek debris.

The Rawlins County Board of Commissioners on Aug. 3 approved buying a 7-foot culvert from ACE/Eaton Metals for $35,775 to replace a bridge at Road 29 and Road K. Road and Bridge supervisor Wayne Lanning presented drawings for the replacement and said a detour will be put in place while work proceeds.
