The Douglas County Board adopted Resolution 26-47 on May 19, rescinding Resolution 23-61 and approving a revised Property Assessed Clean Energy (PACE) special assessment for parcel #63-1046-000 (Property Owner: The Rune LLC). The approved assessment is $13,455,000 amortized over a 30-year term with an anticipated interest rate of 8.5% not to exceed 8.5%; interest accrual is set to begin January 1, 2027.
