The DPW director updated the board on operational impacts from a historic snow event (Jan. 25-26), saying crews worked long shifts to keep roads clear, support emergency vehicles and complete snow removal from side streets. The director praised staff and contractors for clearing streets such as Cherry Street and for using loaders to reach emergency calls.
