Facilities staff told the committee that major projects in phase 5 of the district’s bond program will be handled using phased GMP (guaranteed maximum price) approaches to accelerate work. For the Franklin Roberts project staff recommended selecting Seymour for pre-construction and using two GMP phases to begin demolition and early construction, with phase schedules projecting work through 2027–2028.
