Quay County renews EPCOG membership, appoints Commissioner Fortner as representative
On July 27 the Quay County commission approved Resolution No. 6 to continue participation in the Eastern Plains Council of Governments for FY 2026–2027, adopted the EPCOG membership agreement, and appointed Commissioner Brian Fortner as the county's representative and Angela Gonzales as alternate; the EPCOG invoice cites $2,437.60 in annual dues.

The Board of Quay County Commissioners unanimously approved Resolution No. 6 on July 27 to continue the county's membership in the Eastern Plains Council of Governments (EPCOG) for fiscal year 2026–2027. County Manager Angela Gonzales presented the request and the board approved the resolution by motion; the attached resolution and membership forms name Commissioner Brian Fortner as the county's designated representative and Angela (Angie) Gonzales as alternate.
