Dr. Mercy Umeri and Dr. Stephanie Newbold of Wichita State University presented graduation certificates to three City of Neodesha employees — City Clerk Stephanie Fyfe, Assistant City Clerk Rhonda Howell and City Treasurer/Utility Billing Supervisor Tanna Denney — in recognition of their completion of Wichita State's Mini Master of Public Administration program earlier this year.
