Board approves Middletown/Main Street MOU; POS project list includes Harris Farm acquisition
The board approved a modified Middletown/Main Street MOU and accepted FY27 POS projects including a requested acquisition allocation for the Harris Farm; county written approval for some POS funds remains pending.

The board approved the Town of Middletown/Main Street Middletown memorandum of understanding after modifying the draft to reflect Middletown’s hybrid relationship with the Main Street program. The modification to section B(7) requires the town to donate annually to the program through the town’s budget process; other language in that subsection was deleted. The motion to approve passed 6–0.
