The Oak Ridge City Council voted to approve the city's bills for Nov. 25, 2024, after a motion by Council Member Janelle Davis, seconded by Council Member Scherri Holmes. Mayor Paul Hullar and the other council members present voted in favor, and the minutes record the motion as carried.
