Oak Ridge police report: two impounds, speeding on Abner and damage at Riverside Building

Police Chief Bill Weatherly updated the Oak Ridge City Council on public-safety concerns at the Oct. 15 meeting. "Chief stated to date we have had two (2) impounds," the minutes record; he added that "speeding on Abner continues to be an issue."
