The Oak Ridge City Council unanimously approved payment of bills for Oct. 15, 2024, and accepted the city's September financial reports at a special meeting called by Mayor Al Rudin on Oct. 15. Janelle Davis moved to approve payment of the Oct. 15 bills and Mayor Pro Tem Jimmy Quick seconded; "All being in favor, motion carried."
