Members identified several policies that need attorney review or editorial cleanup before moving forward. The subcommittee agreed to pull ACF and ACFR because their content is being moved into AC/ACR (nondiscrimination revisions). They also flagged CHA/CHC consolidation issues and several staff conduct/gifts policies (GBEB, GBEBC) for legal red‑lining.
