County administrator details software cutover, warns of short budget delay

County Administrator (County administrator) briefed commissioners on a major software transition from Tyler to BSNA. He said the county will take a final data download from Tyler at 10 a.m. on Aug. 24 and expects to go live on Aug. 31. Training for staff is scheduled for Aug. 26'27 and the administrator asked departments to hold transactions during the freeze window.
