Board members reviewed a July 23 Planning Commission update on a prospective purchase of Hickory Ridge Golf Course. Staff said a company negotiating the purchase plans to place battery storage on part of the property and would have about 100 acres remaining that they proposed as either open land or a donation to the township for park development.
