Kittanning Borough Council on July 7 voted to appoint the John Graff Agency as broker of record through Duncan Financial Group to solicit a quote from Selective Insurance for the 2025–2026 insurance year. The motion by Jerry Shuster was seconded by Les Ruffaner and carried with Amanda Slagle recorded in opposition.
