Clerk reports fireworks fundraising shortfall, pool licensing update; vending machine replacement under review

City Clerk Pothast told council the fire department has not yet received sufficient donations for July 4 fireworks and estimated it needs approximately $2,400 by mid-June to complete purchases. The clerk said she will post a fundraising poster at the post office and bank to solicit donations.
