City Planner McKay Muhlestein gave a mid‑process update on Manti's General Plan, emphasizing a resident‑driven process using walking tours, community event booths, surveys and planned door‑to‑door outreach aided by an Eagle Scout project. Muhlestein reported about 190 survey responses so far with a goal to match or exceed roughly 500 responses from the previous plan.
