City staff reported that Accurate Meter & Backflow, LLC tested and calibrated water well meters on April 30, 2025 and sent results to the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality under Investigation #1973943 (Track #877220). Backflow Testing & Repair, LLC tested the wastewater backflow assembly and submitted results under Investigation #1973943 (Track #877217). The Monitoring Plan and Operations & Maintenance Manual were completed May 2, 2025 and submitted to TCEQ (Track #877221).
