Board approves retirements, program coordinators and multiple personnel items
Trustees accepted several letters of intent to retire (Timothy Davis, Robert Donholt Jr., Michelle Williams), approved MOAs with employee associations, and appointed Claudia Tefft as Summer Reading & Math Program Coordinator ($3,000 stipend) and Kimberly Bohannon as Middle School Catalyst/Bridge Program coordinator.

The board approved a package of personnel resolutions that included Memoranda of Agreement with the Oxford Teachers' Association and OESPA (retirement incentives), acceptance of letters of intent to retire, and multiple appointments. Timothy Davis (Technology Teacher) filed intent to retire effective after July 31, 2025; Robert Donholt Jr. (Bus Driver) and Michelle Williams (Teacher Aide) also submitted retirement notices with effective dates in late June 2025.
