The board approved a slimmed‑down water bacteria testing policy and updated QC/QA procedures after staff said UW Oshkosh no longer provides the previous assurance checks. Director (S1) told the board she and Megan developed a more user‑friendly document and requested a motion to adopt the change; the motion was seconded and carried by voice vote.
