The Select Board reviewed correspondence from the Friends of the Town Hall asking that the $25,000 preservation reserve be overseen by a community committee and asked the policy committee to draft an approach and public posting for committee membership.

Chair (speaker 1) read an email from Corey Sicklin on behalf of the Friends of the Town Hall asking that the $25,000 Town Hall preservation reserve account be guided by an advisory committee. The letter named possible participants and asked the board to consider a committee structure and role; the chair said the select board is committed to keeping committees open to the public.
