A Shelby County committee recommended approval of a resolution authorizing a public‑improvement agreement between the county and Coastal Fuels Inc. for Phillips Farms Planned Development Phase 2 and authorizing recording of the plat once bonding requirements are met. The clerk read the item into the record and staff told commissioners the work will be inspected by the county engineer and paid for by the developer.
