Vice Chair A. Fletcher moved the Selectboard into executive session at 6:10 p.m. to discuss contracts involving Tim Smith; Selectwoman Kristin Murphy seconded and the motion passed unanimously. The board reconvened at 7:30 p.m.; the minutes state that there were no votes as a result of the executive session.
