At the June 2 meeting staff told the Urban Renewal Agency that recent community inquiries about a potential data center consumed staff time but clarified there is no land-use application before the planning commission. The staff member said, "it was not an issue before the planning commission. There is no land use application," and encouraged public participation at appropriate meetings.
