Commission approves certified write-in name spellings for Aug. 6 ballot
The Coffee County Election Commission approved a list of acceptable spellings for certified write-in names to be counted in the Aug. 6, 2026 election; the motion was moved by Commissioner Emily Thoma, seconded by Commissioner Carol Berthay, and passed 4-0 with Secretary Barbara Arp recorded as abstaining.
