The council unanimously approved a newspaper/payment item and a financial report (the minutes record a vote to approve the September 2025 report though the agenda listed October 2025) and the mayor introduced new council member Jim Lindsay.

Councilmember Vonderlin moved on an item recorded as approving the TML payment for FY2026, the motion was seconded by Councilman Lindsay and passed unanimously. The action is entered in the minutes as Resolution #2026‑1R Designating the official newspaper for FY‑2026.
