Council tables hotel agreement with Five Star Lodging for updated documents

City Manager Michael Smith presented Resolution R-13-2026 on first reading, describing a proposed sales contract and performance agreement between the Jacksboro Economic Development Corporation and Five Star Lodging, LLC for construction of a hotel. Mr. Smith recommended tabling the resolution to obtain updated documents; Alderman Tyler Harmonson moved to table and Alderman Joel Hood seconded. The motion to table carried with unanimous consent.
