The board recognized the Scottsbluff Schools Classified Association bargaining unit and approved Maria Free as its representative; the board also recognized the administrators' bargaining unit and approved Justin Shattuck, Jana Mason and Lucas Benzel as negotiators for the upcoming contract cycle.
