Trustee William Kettle moved and the Board approved proceeding with a unification study; the motion passed with recorded ayes from Trustees Kettle, Bonacquisti, Yacuzzo, Vanderhoof and Mayor Gregory Rogers. The Board then voted to retain CGR of Rochester to conduct the study; Mayor Rogers noted CGR offered a more local feel and was roughly $10,000 less than LaBerge Group’s proposal.
