At the May 8, 2026 meeting the Kay County Justice Facilities Authority set a limit on KCDC bi-weekly employee payroll not to exceed $120,000.00 gross salary per pay period for May and June 2026. Trustee Jimmy Greenhagen moved the motion and Trustee Aaron Brown seconded.
