During the Kay County Justice Facilities Authority meeting on May 8, 2026, KCDC Director Don Jones reported that the Kay County Detention Center recorded a transfer of $210,000.00 on May 4, 2026 from the KCJFA Gross Revenue Account XXX4183 to the Sales Tax Salaries Account XXX5719 to cover detention center salaries.
